Refund policy
We want you to have the highest quality of supplies and be completely satisfied with your purchase, so any returns or exchanges of unused products can be made within 14 days from the date of the order. If there are any issues with your order, or anything is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours. Please contact support@covelalash.com if you need assistance, we are happy to help.
We do not provide prepaid return labels on international shipments as they are the buyers responsibility.
Covéla’s Tweezer Warranty
We work hard to ensure our tweezers are of the utmost quality to assist you in your artistry. We know how important the functionality of your tools is to your craft, so in an effort to provide you with the standards we want for you, we offer a warranty on all of our tweezers. If you experience a manufacturer’s defect within 3 months of your order, feel free to reach out to us at support@covelalash.com to discuss sending your tool back to us, in which case we will then send you an identical item replacement at no cost to you. Your experience with our brand and within your own business is something we extremely value!
