Shipping policy

Standard shipping times are on average 5-10 business days. This can vary depending on your location, but is an estimate of time. 

     Please double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. Please note that because we ship through UPS we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned back to Covéla, which will cause a major delay in you receiving the product and additional shipping charges for a redelivery.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING TIMES

     UPS 2nd Day air is not always a guaranteed two business day shipping service. They do not deliver on the weekends or holidays. Orders placed before 12pm CST, will typically be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm CST, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed after 11am CST will be shipped the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

   International orders are filled in the same way as our domestic shipments. UPS estimates that shipment times should be within 5-7 business days. If they are held at Customs, it is completely out of our hands and there is nothing we can do to speed up the arrival time. Please keep an eye on your tracking number in order to manage your shipment and reach out to UPS or your local carrier asap if you see any issues or delays.

   

  If any Customs charges occur, please note that we are not responsible. You, the buyer, are 100% responsible. If the order is sent back to us, we will refund you for the cost of the products, but not the shipping costs.
